Psychostimulants as a group are more apt to treat all ADHD symptom categories.

ADHD Medications are available in a variety of options. Psychostimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin, etc.) produces significant improvement in 85 to 90% of patients. This rate of improvement is superior to any other treatments. ADHD in adults usually responds as well to these medications as does ADHD in children. Medications for ADHD are usually approved by the FDA for both children and adults. Dr. Hege has his own examination to do an ADHD test.
